Living in Alaska is both enjoyable and challenging. Travel can be a logistical matrix and is always subject to delay and/or cancellation.  Various modes of travel are used to reach this vast and remote state. Fishing is a way of life in many areas. Prices in Alaska, especially in the bush, are extreme. But, there is always excitement around the next corner and working with the people of Alaska has great reward.
